I think I read somewhere that Blood Elf Rogues are also a part of the Farstriders but I could be wrong. However in-game they arent. I think Are you sure.
Wowwiki states the Farstriders are a separate part of the Blood Elf faction and that they are very few in numbers. I havent read anywhere that specifically states that if you create a Blood Elf. Much like the rest of blood elf society the paladins of the Silver Hand and followers of the Holy Light looked at the actions and methods of the Blood Knights with disgust.
What they had done. Also Blood Elf paladins are not paladins either theyre Blood Knights. Game mechanic wise yes they are paladins but lorewise they are not.
Blood Knight or not the lore behind them is that they actually stole a being of the light and drained it of power. After that being was gone the new lore is that the magistrates that were draining it of power are still giving off the light as an aura drunk off of it and that still provides the Blood Elf. Paladin is one of the most beginner-friendly classes to play in the world of warcraft. You can choose from 3 specs that fill all 3 different roles in the game. Holy spec for healing allies Protection spec for tanking and finally the Retribution spec for DPS.
This class can perform all of these roles. Blood Elves in Warcraft have been largely out of the spotlight for a while. After getting plenty of story in Burning Crusade there wasnt much in the way of major Blood Elf lore for yearsThe QuelDelar chain in Wrath had some followup and the Blood Elves made another appearance in Mists of Pandaria but otherwise theyve been largely quiet.
