How to inject suboxone strips. Cut strip of suboxone into tiny pieces. Put pieces into metal spoon. Filled clean syringe maybe half full with clean water.

If you are prescribed a film you place it under your tongue or between your gum and cheek and let it dissolve. Wet the area first with your tongue. But the effects of injecting depend on the opioid tolerance of the person injecting buprenorphine.
