Yes it is long but it is a fantastic workout. When I was doing it I mixed it up with cardio between days of NMTZ. Because there is no cardio or not much its a good strong workout that gets that lovehate soreness feeling happening all.
No More Trouble Zones henceforth known as NMTZ like a failed boy band is a full body resistance workout in a circuit format. There are seven six-minute circuits each consisting of two sets of five 30-second exercises. I am surprised I have not returned to this workout until now.
